Responsibilities
Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings according to project requirements and design changes
Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept development through construction completion
Develop conceptual layouts, space planning, and preliminary design proposals
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility requirements, and local authority standards
Key Skills
Identify project risks, develop solutions, and make critical design decisions
Manage responses to plan review comments, RFIs, change orders, and construction issues
Maintain project documentation, revision control, and quality assurance procedures. Support business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and client relationship management.
understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, and building materials
