MEP DESIGNER
IPS Pakistan, House No. 372, Old RGA Factory, Main Ferozepur Road, New Dera Mian Saeed, Lahore
Responsibilities
Prepare MEP permit drawings (Elec/HVAC/Plumbing/Fire/Solar) including plans, risers, details, schedules.
Ensure compliance with NEC/IPC/UPC/CBC/CMC/CPC/CFC/ASHARE, Title 24, CALGreen and local amendments
Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural plans, structural constraints
Perform internal QC, manage revisions, and issue clean drawing sets for submittal and construction
Key Skills
Understanding of HVAC systems, Duct routing concepts and airflow fundamentals
