Delivery Manager Software Department
IPS Pakistan, House No. 372, Old RGA Factory, Main Ferozepur Road, New Dera Mian Saeed, Lahore
Responsibilities
Manage multiple Software and AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and scope control.
Plan resource allocation, team capacity, project priorities, and workload distribution.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to manage requirements, progress, and escalations.
Monitor project performance, risks, budgets, and KPIs; provide regular management reports.
Key Skills
8+ years of software industry experience, including 3+ years in project delivery management.
Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), project budgeting, and risk management.
Understanding of software development lifecycles, AI solutions, and cross-functional team management.
Software & IT Skills
Project Management Tools – Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or equivalent.
Software Technologies – Understanding of Laravel/PHP, MERN Stack, Python, and APIs.
AI & Automation – Familiarity with LLMs, AI-assisted development, and automation workflows.
DevOps & Quality – Basic knowledge of Git, CI/CD, QA processes, and deployment management.
