Responsibilities
Prepare 2D and 3D drawings for mechanical (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Generate detailed layouts, sections, and isometrics.
Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings
Read and interpret MEP design drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Key Skills
Ensure all drawings follow local building codes, international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, IPC), and project specifications.
Support MEP engineers with value engineering proposals
Precision in drawing annotations, dimensioning, and layer management
Maintain and organize drawing records, revisions, and version control.
Software & IT Skills
Revit-Must required
